Short, because this is a small site run by one person.

• Accounts. One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your sign-in is yours. You must be old enough to hold an account where you live.
• The game. Living Galaxy is provided as it is, while it is: it is in development, it changes, and saves can be affected by a bug or a patch. Backups are taken nightly and restores are rehearsed, but no guarantee is made.
• The forum. Be decent. No harassment, no spam, no illegal content, nothing that would get another person in trouble. Moderators can edit, hide or remove posts and suspend accounts, and will say why when asked.
• Your content. What you post stays yours; you give the site permission to show it here. Posts you delete are hidden rather than erased so replies still read.
• Fair use of the service. No scraping, no automated account creation, no attacking the site or the relay. The rate limits are there for everyone.
• Changes. These terms and the privacy page may change as the site does; the version live at this address is the one in force.
• Liability. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for loss arising from use of the site or the game. If something breaks, say so on the help board and it will get looked at.
